Hey there! I’m Julie, the face behind the screen, and I’m so happy you’re here.

I live in sunny California with my wonderful husband and our three dogs, who keep life full of love and energy. I’m all about family, faith, fitness and spending time in my small community. I also treasure life’s simple joys—sitting outside to soak in the fresh air, sharing laughs with friends, and investing in my health.

Behind the Scenes

    These experiences taught me how to be adaptable, resourceful, and dedicated—all skills I bring into my work as a Virtual Assistant. But at the heart of it all, I just love helping people, whether it's teaching students or supporting business owners like you.

  • Then

    Before becoming a Virtual Assistant, I was a collegiate student athlete, spending countless hours studying and playing indoor and beach volleyball. When this ended, I started my career off as a Registered Behavior Technician right after graduating. Later, I switched gears to be an aspiring teacher and spent two years substitute teaching K-12th every single day across three school districts. Almost every day, I walked into a new school, meeting a new class with new faces to guide and take care of. I even had the opportunity of stepping into three long-term positions, teaching English, Special Education, and Media Arts, where I had to create and teach entire curriculums with just two weeks’ notice!
